Werling Associates, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Stephen E. Werling,
DBA, SPHR who serves as President of the firm. Dr. Werling has a
wealth of knowledge in the fields of compensation and incentive
system design, as well as, skill-based selection processes, performance
management, strategic human resource management and other technical
human resource fields. Dr. Werling also has over 30 years of
administrative and instructional experience at the university level.
